The Hold Engine
When you book a repair, you do not immediately pay. Instead, a pre-authorization security hold is placed.
The charge is definitively captured only after you have reviewed Phase 3 photographic tracking of the enclosed component. If you cancel prior to technician dispatch, the hold is instantaneously voided with absolutely zero cancellation fees.
Component Guarantee
We stand strictly behind the integrity of our hardware.
- If a component replaced by Fixly fails structurally or computationally within our 90-Day Guarantee baseline, we bear the total burden.
- We will extract the defective unit and replace it completely free of charge, or initiate a 100% refund of the part cost to your original payment method.
Disputed Claims
If you identify a deficiency immediately upon receiving your photographed repair and return device, invoke the Dispute Matrix via your booking link within 24 hours. Given our Closed-Loop photographic validation protocol, structural disputes are definitively verified in minutes.
