- Technicians are contractually obligated to provide pre-repair, mid-repair, and post-assembly logic validation photos.
- By accepting our service, you agree to objectively review these documents before authorizing final payment capture.
Liability Constraints
Fixly specializes exclusively in Smartphones and Laptops. In the exceedingly rare event of technician-induced hardware damage during the repair protocol:
Fixly absorbs up to 100% of the replacement liability for the damaged component footprint, strictly provided the device was not surrendered with existing, undisclosed liquid damage or third-party unauthorized micro-soldering.
Parts Verification
We offer transparent choices between genuine OEM pulls and verified premium aftermarket parts.
Selecting an aftermarket tier inherently accepts a distinct performance threshold clearly communicated during the quoting phase. Fixly guarantees standard functionality but waives strictly cosmetic or sub-millimeter performance metric liabilities for declared aftermarket installations.
Governing Law
These conditions and our procedural framework are inherently woven with and subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be exclusively managed in the courts situated locally.
